Selinda Camp is one of only two camps in a private reserve in the Linyanti area of northern Botswana. The Selinda Spillway, which flows between the Okavango and Linyanti river systems, passes through the reserve.
Selinda camp is situated beside a channel, in an island grove of palms. All the main structures in the camp, except for the pool, are on raised decks, providing a cool breeze, and allowing wonderful views of the surrounding landscape and the wildlife. The main lounge and dining area has a tea veranda, which is where guests congregate before the afternoon activity.
Each of Selinda Camp’s nine spacious, sturdy canvas tents are shaded with thatch roofing, are airy, and have en suite bathrooms, and their own veranda, overlooking the floodplains and savannahs of Africa.
